Training Program
- Every year, we have multiple intakes where a select few professionals undertake our Software Engineer training.
- This training program is carefully designed by rtCamp to focus on the overall development of individuals using various cutting-edge technologies to meet industry demands.

Application Process
Job hunting can be a challenging endeavor, so we try not to add any mystery. You can expect to hear from us within 30 business days from the date of your application.
Shortlisting
We check your application for completeness, missing info and run it through a review checklist.
Interview
You are invited to a Zoom call with an interview panel.
Offer 🎉
We send you a formal offer. This usually arrives within 2-3 days of your interview.
Working at rtCamp
Compensation Structure
- During Probation (~ first 6 months): You will receive a salary of ₹25,000 per month.
- Upon confirmation (~ post 6 months):
- Your monthly salary will be revised to a range of ₹75,000 to ₹1,00,000, based on your performance.
- You will receive a fixed confirmation bonus of ₹50,000.
- Retention bonus: Upon completing 12 months of total tenure, you will be eligible for a retention bonus of ₹1,00,000.
- These figures exclude applicable business-related reimbursements.
