We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Campus Hiring Program for 2024.
Bringing in young minds from universities and colleges all around India has not only helped us grow but also allowed us to foster innovation and creativity within our organization.
This year, we’re looking for recent graduates and final-year students to join us as Software Engineers, Business Development Executives, and Technical Project Coordinators.
Software Engineers 👩💻
We’re looking for students with strong foundations in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. You’ll be starting out as trainees and eventually grow into full-time Software Engineers.
We received 72,380 registrations last year and we’ve hired 105 full-time software engineers so far through our Campus Hiring Program. This year, we’re looking for 100 Software Engineers to join us through our Campus Hiring Program!

Business Development Executives and Technical Project Coordinators 🧑💼
We’re also looking for budding professionals to join us as Business Development Executives and Technical Project Coordinators (now closed). You’ll be helping us in growing our business and keeping our projects on track. These roles too come with training and mentorship.
Perks upon joining rtCamp
Competitive Compensation 💰
As a trainee, you will receive ₹50,000/month during the probation period. After completing your training, your minimum salary will be ₹1,00,000/month and can also go up to ₹1,50,000 depending on your role and performance.
No Employment Bond ⛔
There is no employment bond or lock-in period at rtCamp. You can leave anytime during or after the training without any fees or penalties, and you are free to join any other company.
